Fifteen dollars a month. Ten of it comes back to you.

The point of one engine is doing more with less — less cost, less complexity, less wasted time. So the price is simple: $15 a month for your whole business, whether you run one register or a thousand stores — and $10 of it comes straight back to you every month as kernels, the till's prepaid metering unit. No transaction fees. No percentage of your sales. No per-user, per-register, or per-location charges. Whatever your payment processor charges is between you and them.

$15/month

Every feature, every user, every register, every location. Nothing is fenced off behind a bigger plan — there is no bigger plan.

Ten dollars of it is already work

Every month, $10 of your fee lands in your till as that month's included kernels — like a phone plan's included minutes, built into the price. Each bit of work the till does for you (ringing a sale, updating stock, running a report) draws a tiny, known number of kernels — the till's metering unit, a million of them a dime and less in bulk — and keeping years of records costs a little for the space they take. The month's included kernels are used first, automatically; what the month doesn't use expires with it. Need more? Top up any time, and more at once costs less — kernels you buy are yours for good: they bank and never expire. You can read the meter any time: every draw shows up in your usage report, in plain words and plain kernels. And it's fair in both directions: in a quiet month — the slow season, the short weeks — the meter barely moves, the month's included kernels cover it with room to spare, and the bill stays the flat $15. You pay for the month you had, not the month a flat subscription assumed.

$10 of every month returns as that month's kernels · kernels you buy bank, never expire · pay per task · read the meter any time · top up in bulk for less

What a month actually looks like

Four honest examples, priced the way the meter prices them — sales rung, stock received, prices updated, orders and transfers worked, reports read, planning suggestions run. Reading your numbers counts too: a query is work the till does for you. And heavier thinking meters higher — a demanding planning run draws more than a simple lookup — with every draw itemized in plain words.

Small

~$17

a month, all in

One register. About 2,600 sales a month across 5,000 products; regular restocks, a couple hundred price updates, replenishment suggestions on.

Medium

~$47

a month, all in

Three registers. About 10,000 sales a month across 20,000 products; weekly deliveries and store transfers, rebalancing and month-end runs on.

Large

~$239

a month, all in

Four stores, ten registers. About 60,000 sales a month across 60,000 products; steady receiving, daily planning runs across stores.

Enterprise

~$886

a month, all in

Fifteen stores. About 300,000 sales a month across 200,000 products; heavy receiving, chain-wide planning and projections every day.

Estimates, not quotes — the $15 plan (its included kernels already counted) plus metered work beyond them at each size's typical bulk top-up price. Your month is your month: the meter reads what actually happened.

Everyday guidance is part of the subscription: Aldric, the built-in consultant, there for any user — from "how do I receive this purchase order?" to how to run your shop better on AlmondTill/G3N.

Human help? Your first 90 days are included.

Every new account includes complimentary onboarding support — the same all-encompassing human help the handholding plan provides, included at the base price while you get set up. Nothing to buy, nothing extra to pay: a support incident in your first 90 days simply doesn't bill.

And here's the honest goal for every day after: you shouldn't need us. Everything about how AlmondTill/G3N operates is engineered to drive the need for hand-holding human support to zero — screens that guide instead of assume, strict checks that catch mistakes before they cost money, errors that say in plain words what happened and what to do next, Aldric on every screen with your real data, and a meter and ledger you can read yourself any time. Human help is something you might want; the system is built so you never need it.

Past your first 90 days, staffed help is still there when you ask for it — an incident bills $50, agreed with you before work starts. Anything that's our fault is always free: platform defects, outages, and billing errors are ours to fix, never yours to pay for. The $50 covers help you request — configuration, training, data work, advice — and it's a deductible, not a profit line: we make money when the system works for you, never when you struggle. Self-sufficient by design, real people when you want them; Aldric, the built-in consultant, stays part of the subscription either way.

Want our people on call — not just when something breaks, but for everything: tuning your shop, planning ahead, questions big and small? Add a handholding plan — the only extra on this page. It's all-encompassing, sized by how much the system works for you, never by headcount. Optional, quarterly:

Pay by card through Stripe? Our cut comes back to you.

When your card payments run through the built-in Stripe integration, Stripe shares a small part of its processing revenue with us — the usual platform commission. Most platforms quietly keep it. We hand ours back to merchants who stay: every consecutive year in good standing earns you a larger share of it, paid back to you, until you keep all of it.

1 year

25%

of our Stripe share, paid back

12 consecutive months in good standing.

2 years

50%

of our Stripe share, paid back

24 consecutive months in good standing.

3 years

75%

of our Stripe share, paid back

36 consecutive months in good standing.

4+ years

100%

of our Stripe share, paid back

48 or more consecutive months in good standing.

Your history counts — all of it. Coming over from FashionSense or RMS MultiFlex? Once your payments run on Stripe with us and your payment record is in good standing, you keep 100% of our Stripe share from day one — generations of loyalty, honored in full.

And for a limited time: switch from another point-of-sale or retail platform, run your payments on Stripe with us, and complete your first 12 consecutive months in good standing — you earn the 25% tier plus a 12-month credit on your clock, so you keep 50% at the one-year mark. The credit stays with you: 75% arrives a year early, and 100% a year early too.

The program engages once your card payments run through the built-in Stripe integration, and applies to that processing. Earned at the organization-group level, per consecutive months in good standing (payments on time), and paid while the account stays in good standing. Prices are subject to change, but anything you are grandfathered into stays yours while your account remains in good standing; only a suspension over billing or a significant breach of the Terms of Service removes grandfathered advantages if the account is re-established.

The monthly included kernels are that month's allowance — used first, expiring with the month; kernels you purchase never expire. Kernels are non-refundable, and move between organization groups only with our prior written approval (one approved transfer per purchased block).
