Who we are
Built by the team that has built point-of-sale, retail, wholesale and ERP systems since 1993.
Where we come from, where we are heading
AlmondTill is built by the people behind Microhouse Systems (mhsystems.com), who have built point-of-sale, retail, wholesale and ERP systems since 1993: the Business Applications Platform in 1999, then FashionSense and RMS MultiFlex, running shops from a single boutique to national chains, integrated over the years with payment processors, accounting and ERP systems, and online stores on Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, PrestaShop and WordPress. G3N is the third generation: everything we learned, rebuilt as one engine on one open API for the age of assistants. The merchants on our earlier products are moving over, and their history counts in full. Next, on the same $15 as it ships: the register on Stripe's readers and on phones, your own storefront, richer reporting, a marketplace of integrations. No dates promised; what's live is listed.
G3N was not written in a season. It is a ground-up rebuild of everything we have learned since 1993, attempted more than once and started again when it was not right, built patiently over years from real days in real shops and paid for with our own time and money, not a launch calendar. AlmondTill is new. The people, the practice and the lessons behind it are not.
Three generations
- 1993 — the team. Point-of-sale, retail, wholesale and ERP systems for real shops, from a single boutique to national chains.
- 1999 — the Business Applications Platform. The first generation: one platform under every product that followed.
- FashionSense and RMS MultiFlex. The second generation: the systems that ran shops for years and taught us most of what G3N knows.
- G3N. The third generation: rebuilt from the ground up as one engine on one open API, for the age of assistants.
What each generation taught us
- One record of truth. The counter, the stockroom and the books read the same facts, so they can never disagree.
- Strict at the door. Bad data is refused with a clear reason, not discovered in your books at month-end.
- Every change on a permanent log. Your records can be replayed, audited and trusted years later.
- The system suggests; you decide. Nothing moves until you approve it — whether a person or an assistant asked for it.
Who leads it
AlmondTill is led by Babak Morshedizadeh, a hands-on technology leader who has shipped production systems since 1987 — real-time control systems, banking item processing, medical imaging, manufacturing and supply-chain platforms — and retail systems for three decades. He wrote the Business Applications Platform in 1999, has led Microhouse Systems' technology and product direction since 2012, and still writes the critical-path code. G3N is his third generation of the platform.
What we have connected to
Over the years our systems have been integrated with payment processors; with accounting and ERP systems; and with online stores on Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, PrestaShop and WordPress. On AlmondTill/G3N, card payments run through Stripe today; everything else reaches the engine through the open API, and what's live names each integration the day it ships.
What we hold to
- The Data Covenant. Your data is yours. We never touch, share or use it beyond operating the service without your specific opt-in — the Terms, Section 3.
- Honesty by construction. What's live and what shipped are read from the system's own registry, not typed by hand.
- The cost law. $15 a month for the whole business, $10 of it back as that month's kernels; no transaction fees, no per-user, per-register or per-location charges — the pricing page carries all of it.
How to reach a person
